This is a follow up, of sorts, to a previous drawing of mine called 'I've been dreaming, I've been waiting...' which featured Scoots dreams with Rainbow Dash.
This time we have Sweetie Belle and Rarity. And honestly, this could be so much better.
I wanted to have Sweetie design a dress and Rarity be proud of her or something, but then I remembered I can't design dresses to save my life.
So I fell back on the idea that Sweetie can help Rarity out (without ruining everything) with her magic.
Even so, I don't like how this turned out. Rarity looks a bit creepy.
Still, I might as well upload it. Someone might like it!

The picture itself is great though, I can see Sweetie Belle dreaming of something like this.
The only way I could really fix Rare would be to re-draw her completely I think. I doubt I'll bother
